Learn the basics of platter arrangement, the best dipping items, technique and of course all the recipes you could ever want for a full dinner party!
In class, we will make our favorite cheese dip and will have items to sample as well as a chocolate dessert fondue dip to make and sample as well. Each participant will create a batch of each of the cheese and chocolate fondues and is welcome to take home the leftovers - share or don't, we won't judge! We will also provide recipes and guides to create a dinner masterpiece full of recommendations and techniques.
