Easy Flaky Croissants

Join us as we create the classic flaky pastry:  croissants!  Easy and manageable, we take the intimidation out of tackling these amazingly delicious treats!  Top them with jam or stuff it with chocolate, we will teach you our favorite variations.  

This is a hands-on course where each individual or group of people will have their own work station and will be responsible for the recipe from start to finish.  Each participant will receive what we make in class plus more to sample - plus the recipe to recreate later of course!  

We've prepped each stage of the dough to condense the material into a manageable 3ish hours - you will receive all the dough and croissants that we make in class.
